Aim
Triage Healthcare was formed to address the imbalance between the help available for addiction in the NHS and the demand for it in the community. Our aim at Triage Healthcare is to provide free and confidential advice regarding addiction treatment. We offer advice to individuals themselves, concerned family members, close friends or anyone worried about an addiction. We aim to provide people with evidence-based advice on what works and what does not, and to help individuals with highly accurate information and practical help. Where private funds are available, we aim to ensure that these are put towards treatment best suited to individual needs and budget.
Services
The advisors at Triage Healthcare are available seven days a week to provide people with free and confidential advice about addiction. We can help those who are ready and willing to access a range of treatment services from rehab to outpatient services. We can also provide advice, support and guidance on how to motivate a loved one towards accessing the treatment they need when they are not willing to accept help. We are also here to offer straightforward advice and reassurance to those who have concerns in taking the first steps towards treatment and recovery.
We work with private rehab centres throughout the UK and overseas, and will advise you according to your needs, wishes and budget. You will never pay more for drug rehab or alcohol rehab accessed via Triage Healthcare and in some cases will pay less than by going to the detox centre directly. We can help individuals get a drug detox or alcohol detox immediately.
Triage Healthcare carefully regulates the standard of service provided on its behalf its partners. Triage Healthcare partner services are statutorily regulated, for example by the Care Quality Commission or the Health Professions Council. Triage Healthcare is also regulated by the CQC.
For those not in a position to fund treatment privately we can direct individuals towards their local NHS services and offer advice on how best to access free support. We also offer advice on fellowship meetings. Triage Healthcare has a range free literature available to individuals with an addiction problem, their friends and relatives and professionals working in the field.
