Why a Rehab Centre? A residential detox centre will provide a safe environment to detox from drugs and alcohol. Once an individual is physically addicted to drugs and/or alcohol the detoxification process requires medical supervision. Following detox, the individual can then enter a programme of rehabilitation with various aftercare options available, all of which improve the individuals chances of long-term success.
Founded in 1990, this Nottingham clinic is a 16-bedded unit providing residential and day-care services to help individuals and their families recover from the physical and emotional effects of alcohol and drug issues and offers patients hope, healing and sanctuary. It has a wide range of outpatient treatment programmes, accepting self-funded patients and patients who are covered by private medical insurance.
This Clinic in the Birmingham area specialises in treating heroin addiction patients , offering clients a proven and first-rate rehabilitation programme. The programme treats all addictions; chemical & behavioural.
Our primary aim is to provide a safe, structured and supportive environment in which people can be helped acquire the necessary skills and strategies needed to break the cycle of drug addiction.
The Clinic offers a therapeutic environment in which individuals are encouraged to take responsibility for change in order that they may develop the resources required to lead more fulfilling lives. The addiction programme treats all chemical and behavioural addictions including heroin addiction and it is our belief that successful recovery is dependent on abstaining from all mood altering chemicals and behaviour.
The purpose of the Bayberry Clinic is to help Professionals struggling with alcohol/drug dependency and co-occurring mental health difficulties regain their lives (personal and occupational).

Being in a dedictated programme treated with peers that offer both primary and secondary care is a new approach in the UK whereas in North America it is considered the norm for dedicated Professionals Programmes. These programmes have shown 78-90% recovery rates compared to 30-52% recovery rates for short-term non-dedicated services in the UK.
NA meetings are held all across the UK and provide a network of support or a form of self-help for drug addicts. NA meetings are based upon the foundations of the AA movement; they are spiritual, not religious, there is no requirement to talk at a meeting and anonymity is protected rigorously. Drop out rates are high, but for those that remain abstinence rates are excellent.
