Why a Rehab Centre? A residential detox centre will provide a safe environment to detox from drugs and alcohol. Once an individual is physically addicted to drugs and/or alcohol the detoxification process requires medical supervision. Following detox, the individual can then enter a programme of rehabilitation with various aftercare options available, all of which improve the individuals chances of long-term success.
This Bristol Clinic is an independent treatment centre specialising in the management and treatment of mental health problems for adults and adolescents, including heroin addiction.
Opened in 1994, the drug addiction centre has established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of mental healthcare. The hospital has residential facilities for 38 patients, as well as day care and out-patient services. The hospital also incorporates a Grade 2 listed building, Health House, which is prominently situated in landscaped grounds.
The treatment centre offers a unique and holistic approach to treating a range of conditions including substance abuse, alcohol dependency, various behavioural addictions, anxiety, mood disorders, video game addiction, gambling and eating disorders.
Our approach is unique and encompasses therapies aimed at healing the body, mind, soul and heart. Our programmes are tailored to each individual with equal emphasis placed on physical health, mental well-being and emotional connection.
We pride ourselves on being flexible in our approach. We offer detoxification and comprehensive medical services, intensive inpatient rehabilitation, one-to-one counselling, complimentary therapies and continuing aftercare services.
We resist the usual urge to categorise people in diagnostic 'boxes'. We realise that what works for someone may not be as appropriate for another. Our programmes are therefore never pre-designed and are specifically customised and developed only after thorough assessments from a range of clinical perspectives.
We also understand that although our clients are here to change and to heal, they need not compromise on the comfort and responsiveness they expect from their environments. The centre offers a warm, protected, gracious home with a nurturing treatment team exclusively at your service.
This clinic is a private independent hospital specialising in the management of psychiatric illness.

A team of staff psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, therapists and addiction counsellors provide professional care for inpatient facilities and day care programmes. The hospital is set in ten acres of Hampshire countryside close to Southampton and the New Forest.

NA meetings are based upon the foundations of the AA movement; they are spiritual, not religious, there is no requirement to talk at a meeting and anonymity is protected rigorously.
